Government Affairs Samuel Denisco Samuel Denisco joined the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry’s Government Affairs team in April 2008 as director of Government Affairs. Denisco serves as the organization's lobbyist for health care, tort, labor, insurance and taxation. As vice president, Denisco oversees the PA Chamber's Government Affairs team, as well as external communications. Prior to joining the PA Chamber, Denisco served as director of the Office of Legislative Affairs for the state Department of Revenue. Prior to that, he was director of the Office of Legislative Affairs for the Pennsylvania Department of State. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council, the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Advisory Board and the Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau. Denisco graduated from the University of Scranton with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate and Fellowship in Law and Government from Widener University School of Law.
